Interactive

Understanding that data is the most fundamental information used by ERP and CRM systems (i.e., SAP, Oracle and etc.), NexxAddress ensures dependable information is available to enterprise users as they key in address information, by allowing them to look up and validating addresses for more than 240 countries and territories.

With Interactive, if the entered address data is not correct, the user is displayed a result of correction proposals, including any missing address fields. They may then choose the correct standardized address and update the address in their ERP or CRM system. If addresses are automatically entered from a downloaded file or EDI, Interactive can be set-up to choose a best result, or flag the address for manual intervention.

Batch

Batch is an advanced, automated data processing application used to cleanse and enhance global address data. It can function either from the desktop (using such software like Excel) or within a specialist data processing environment, CRM, or ERP system. The intelligent software standardizes, validates and corrects mixed data simultaneously for more than 240 countries and territories.

Batch also allows you to check existing master address data in batch. This can be accomplished by either exporting address information to Excel and then importing the corrected results back into your host business application, or be set-up to run from with an ERP system (like SAP), where existing master data can be corrected in batch and updated.

Residential Delivery Indicator (RDI)

NexxAddress can be “RDI”-enabled. Residential Delivery Indicator (RDI*) is a U.S. Postal Service (USPS) data product that helps you reduce shipping costs by verifying whether a delivery type is classified as residential or business. By incorporation RDI into your order creation or order fulfillment processes, or parcel shipping process, your business reduce the frequency of carrier surcharges and adjustments that may result from incorrectly shipping to a residential location at a commercial rate. You can also lower transportation costs by rate-shopping for a service that meets your customer’s needs based on the delivery address.
